Piloxing blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. It’s a cardio fusion that incorporates research and fitness techniques to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles and increase stamina.
Each 60-minute Piloxing class is designed to be fun, yet challenging. It’s a great way to add variety as well as intensity to your regular workouts. The interval gym workout starts with standing Pilates, transitions to cardio-pumping boxing movements, and features playful dance segments that include hip hop, salsa, and ballet in between the two core segments. The group class format includes a warm up, cool down, and floor work to target specific muscle groups such as your abs, hips and thighs.
